Grant Smith
Coaching Philosophy:
My primary goal as a coach is to try to develop players that are hardworking and skillful with a strong game awareness. Players that put the team first and believe the name on the front of the jersey is more important than the name on the back. Players that understand to reach their potential requires a level of commitment far beyond their normal club training schedule. Honoring the game by representing themselves, their family, their club and their team by being a person of high moral character and integrity on and off the field. I try to do this by continuing to be a student of the game open to new ideas and sharing what I’ve learned in 30+ years of coaching.
