• Complete the registration form labeled: Financial Aid Application – Travel 2025 - 2026. (Separate from Tryouts/Invitation registrations)

• Application opens FEB/MARCH. 

• First come first to be considered for aid.

• Scroll over “TRAVEL”, then “TRYOUTS”, and click on “Financial Aid & Scholarship Information”.

• Upload document within program registration form (Step 2.4)

• Present document in person at registration office.

• Drop off a copy of document through registration office mailbox.

Current School Free/Reduced Lunch Letter - See below for requirements.

• Hard Copy Letters: Only the physical letter or picture of the physical letter. Must list Participant's Full Name.

• Electronic Letter: If you received your letter via email, please forward the original email containing the letter to: wendyrevollo@arlingtonsoccer.com Must list player’s FULL NAME.

Current Arlington County Parks and Recreation Fee Reduction Form:

• NO Screenshots. Paper Form Must display full name, address, discount % and expiration date.

*Tip: Locate the pdf version of your Form under the “REPRINT RECEIPT” section through your Arlington Parks & Recreation Online Account.

Current Official Eligibility Letter (also known as "Notice of Benefits Letter") for the following programs:

*Notes/cards will not be accepted as substitutes. ALL Pages Must be provided.

• Medicaid

• SNAP/TANF

• WIC

Camps and Clinics for: 

Fall, Winter, Spring

• Upload document within program registration form (Step 2.4)

• Present document in person
