Coaching Philosophy;

Grew up on the South Coast of Massachusetts in a Portuguese community and soccer has always been a big part of his life. Dercy highly values a focus on individual player development as an integral part of building strong teams.

Coaching Experience:

Coached the U8 team at DYSA.

Coaches the 2014G Gold & Silver teams at Arlington SA

Playing Experience:

Played his preferred position as a midfielder for many years proudly representing Dartmouth, MA playing for DYSA and Dartmouth High School.
