Coaching Philosophy:
Participation in sports is a great way for our kids to develop confidence, learn humility and handle adversity. I try to create a competitive training and playing environment where the players are willing to take risks, make mistakes and solve problems. My greatest joy is watching our players learn to believe in themselves and their teammates and see them achieve their goals individually and collectively.
