I believe that the greatest learning comes from experience, and I work to create a hands-on, experiential learning environment where players can grow and develop in real-time. With my background in coaching with FC Barcelona, I bring a focus on teaching players to think and make decisions, helping them to develop the cognitive skills and soccer IQ they need to succeed at the highest levels of the game.
