“Arlington Soccer has been a constant in my life. It's helped me build new friendships and maintain old ones. I've been on the same team for 10 years now. We’ve lost many different players through the years, yet I’ve gained lifelong friendships. Arlington Soccer has been something I can always rely on. I've moved across continents and have been able to come back and get to play for the same team. ASA has always been there for me, even through global pandemics. There have been so many weeks of my life where really the only thing I look forward to is getting to go out, play soccer, and have fun with my friends. ASA has been able to give that to me for over a decade now. Arlington Soccer has been everything for me at times. I’ve been able to push myself, grow my confidence, and learn how to build relationships because of this club. I started playing for Arlington when I was in 1st grade; I was only 6 years old. I’m now a senior, newly 18, and ready to go to college. I’ve grown, and I’ve become a completely different person over the last decade. But Arlington Soccer is still there for me, unchanged, and that’s what’s made it so special.”
