Club Fees
Club Fees vary by team. Differences in Club Fees are primarily due to league participation and optional training opportunities, depending on level. Note: Non-Arlington County residents will be assessed an additional full-year non- resident pass-through fee.
Club Fees for ECNL and Travel Soccer
Arlington Soccer Club Fees cover the following costs:
- Coach Compensation and employee benefits (401K match and continuing education support)
- League membership fees
- Referees fees for primary league
- Field usage fees
- VYSA or US Club Soccer Fees (includes 1 player pass per player + insurance)
- Club Management, Administrative, and Operational Support
- Technical Staff Support
- Risk Management background checks for coaches and staff
- Financial Assistance Program
- Field equipment and maintenance
- Club Insurance
Team Fees
- Additional supplemental league fees
- Tournament entrance fees
- Number of tournaments and fees are estimated based on the prior season and coach input (team specific)
- Travel expenses for coaches
- Winter indoor league fees (if applicable)
- Video equipment rental is included for all ECNL, ECNL-RL, and Pre-Academy teams.
Commitment
When a player commits to an Arlington soccer travel or ECNL team and completes the registration, the player is considered to be registered at Arlington Soccer. Each player is bound to Arlington Soccer for the seasonal year, which runs from July 1st to June 30th of the following year and the family is obligated to fulfill the financial obligations for that seasonal year.
Deposit & Payment Information
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required for all age groups. Arlington Soccer Association allows parent to pay the full club and team fee balances in advance or through a 7-month payment plan beginning July 15 through January 15 the following year, excluding the initial deposit.
Financial Aid
Arlington Soccer Association offers financial assistance to families in the Travel program who demonstrate financial need. To be considered, families should request financial aid through the registration process. If this is not done, parents may submit a request for assistance to financialaid@
In accordance with Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) policy, all players must meet their financial obligations in full to remain registered with the club.
