Our semi professional men’s team plays in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) which is considered 4th tier in the US soccer pyramid. The team is a good mix of former professional players and hungry youngsters that are looking forward to making the next step in their own professional path. We want to provide Arlington alumnis and other talented players a home in a professional environment and give young players within the club exposure at a semi professional adult level at an early age to prepare them for the professional and/or college pathway.

College Prep program

 Big Brother Program

Each of our semi professional players is assigned to a youth team within Arlington Soccer Association and functions as their big brother. They are a resource for young players and parents giving advice and guidance regarding the college pathway and every soccer related and unrelated question that might come up.

Mission in the Community

Arlington Soccer Association wants to make a difference on and off the field. We actively encourage our players to engage themselves in our community, because our mission goes beyond soccer. Each of the home games of our men’s team in the UPSL has a different motto and promotes a social project in our community. Instead of charging entrance fees we would like to encourage everyone attending our games to contribute something to the charitable cause.
